Rod Sap Thai-Lao Kitchen is an authentic restaurant in the heart of Fairfield, Ca specializing in Southeast Asia’s flavorful dishes that have taken hold on American palates. The owner/cook follows the exacting standards of fresh ingredients and cooking methods that have been taught by her mother and grandmother growing up in Thailand.

The new owners, a husband and wife team and a handful of family members help operate Rod Sap Thai-Lao Kitchen. Since taking over the operations of the restaurant, they have created a clean, modern atmosphere with updated décor, ambient lighting and music.
