Refund & Return Policy
*Please note that if 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we can’t issue any discount or refund. This applies to all situations below*

Food Errors
If you received food that is different from the receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call the restaurant as soon as you notice the error. Please bring the wrong item to our restaurant in the same container. We will then be able to exchange the item to the correct item or will give you a refund in the amount of the sales price.
Food Order Incomplete
We will always strive to ensure that you receive your correct order. In the case that this doesn’t happen and your are missing any food items from your order, please call the restaurant as soon as possible. You may pick up the missed item immediately at the restaurant after notifying us. You may cancel the missed food item and we will refund the amount back to the credit card used to pay.
Food Dissatisfaction
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Refunds are not accepted for food item(s) that a customer does not like.
Please keep in mind our spice levels: No Spice (1), Mild (2), Medium (3), Hot (4), Thai Hot (5). We use fresh Thai chilli peppers that may be spicier than other restaurants. We will always recommend you choose a spice level lower to be safe.
Cancel Order
Once the order is prepared, we are unable to cancel or refund your order if you change your mind. However, advanced orders can be cancelled prior to the scheduled date and time, please call the restaurant to do so.
Pick-Up Items
We strive to prepare and package our pickup items to preserve the high quality of the food. We will not be held responsible to replace or refund your order for the damage of any food items once the order is picked up by the customer and leave our restaurant.
